SIY (Sew It Yourself) Book Sleeve Kit

Gain confidence using your sewing machine with our SIY (Sew It Yourself) book sleeve kit and make yourself a beautiful fabric book sleeve to protect your precious read the next time you are out and about.

Using one of our book sleeve DIY kits, you can make your own individual book sleeve using 100% cotton fabrics in a variety of colour ways.

With approximate finished internal dimensions of 16.5 x 23cm, the book sleeve is big enough to take an average sized paperback book. Lined with fleece for added protection, the book sleeve can be made reversible so you get 2 designs in one.

These DIY kits contains 2 x 100% cotton rectangles measuring approx. 21 x 26cm, 4 pieces of 100% polyester fusible fleece, 1 x 100m white Gütermann Sew All Thread, 6 quilting clips and instruction leaflet.

The only additional equipment required – sewing machine, iron, scissors or snips and a little patience.

SIY (Sew It Yourself) Hair Scrunchie Kit

Improve your sewing machine skills with one of our SIY (Sew It Yourself) hair scrunchies kits. Using a carefully selected mix of 100% cotton fabrics, you will be able to make four luxury fabric hair scrunchies.

The SIY kit contains 4 x 100% cotton fabric strips measuring approximately 50 x 10cm, 1 metre of 9mm wide white elastic, 1 x 100M white Gütermann Sew All Thread, a safety pin and instruction leaflet.

The only additional equipment required – sewing machine, scissors and a little patience.
