Each of the SIY kits contains 4 x 100% cotton fabric strips measuring approximately 50 x 10cm, 1 metre of 9mm wide white elastic, 1 x 100M white Gütermann Sew All Thread, a safety pin and instruction leaflet.

The only additional equipment required is a sewing machine, a pair of scissors and a little patience.
